Policies
Cancellations
We kindly ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the booking total.
Certain treatments are party bookings may require a deposit. This is non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not met.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive promptly for your appointment so we can provide you with the full service. if you are 10 minutes late your treatment may be reduced to avoid delays for the next client. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit or cancellation fee applied.
Respect & Behaviour
We aim to create a calm, friendly and professional environment for everyone. Rudeness, inappropriate behaviour or disrespect towards our staff or other clients will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Anyone behaving this way may be refused service and asked to leave. We appreciate your kindness and respect, which allow us to provide the best possible experience for all.
